Earlier investments in the technology platforms have created significant value in the form of validated IP and generated a number of novel compounds in the company’s pipeline. The company holds several granted patents and pursues numerous ongoing applications. The company has all rights for applications in ophthalmology while the spun-out Delenex Therapeutics retains all IP rights outside of ophthalmology.
