License agreements:

• In May 2003, ESBATech signed a patent license agreement with Enzon / Micromet on the format covering single-chain antibodies and linkers (link press-release). This patent package contains 71 granted national patents and 23 patent applications, giving ESBATech freedom-to-operate on the format of single-chain antibodies. Importantly, ESBATech is also entitled to give sublicenses to collaboration partners in collaborations.
